Cancellation Policy

If registrants decide they cannot make an event or class for which they have tickets, the amount paid can be converted to a tax-deductible donation to Green Box. If the class you have tickets for has multiple dates offered, Green Box can transfer your registration to a different class, subject to availability. In the event that Green Box needs to cancel an event for weather or other reasons, we will automatically refund your tickets.
