At Sunwater Spa, the goal is to help return Manitou Springs to its historical foundations of health and wellness, with particular emphasis on the healing mineral waters bubbling from the historic seven minute spring. They offer a wide variety of wellness treatments, services, and soaking packages. The spa offers: massages, facials, water therapy, Thai yoga therapy, waxing, and a variety of yoga, movement, and meditation classes.

As a wellness center, Sunwater Spa is open to hosting events and workshops as well.
