Bear Creek Plein Air Details of Event
A plein air painting competition event on the grounds of Bear Creek Nature Center, in collaboration with their 50th Bear-thday celebrations in August.
Artist will be painting any time of day within Bear Creek Nature Center property August 8-18.

Artists' Reception will be held August 20 from 1-3 pm.
August 8-18: See 28 amazing local artists painting daily outside "en plein air" at Bear Creek Nature Center. Watch as they capture the beauty of the nature center's spectacular environment any time from sunrise to sunset.
August 20: Artists' Reception and Presentation of Awards, by award-winning Colorado Artist Teresa Vito. 1-3 pm. Bear Creek Nature Center Visitors' Center. All artworks created will be for sale.
August 22 - September 8: The 2026 Bear Creek Plein Air Art Exhibit on display at the Bear Creek Nature Center's Visitor Center.
